Abstract

This article examines how legal instruments and government actions following TikTok v. Garland have intensified forms of digital sovereignty, reshaping the boundaries of online spheres and increasing legal closure over cross-border digital infrastructures. The analysis compares national approaches to platform regulation, evaluates their compatibility with international legal norms, and explores their impact on digital freedoms and global internet governance.
